Curriculum Laura studied Physics at the University of Pisa, where she graduated in 2001, with a thesis on the MR techniques to measure cerebral perfusion, in vivo. This topic was also subject of her PhD thesis, on which she started to work in 2002. She achieved the doctoral degree in Applied Physics at the University of Pisa (within the Galileo Galilei Graduate School of Excellence) in July 2005, defending a thesis on the MR measurement of cerebral perfusion as detector of functional activation in the brain. From January 2002 Laura is an external collaborator of MR Laboratory at the IRCCS Stella Maris Scientific Institute, where she started to work as PostDoc researcher in 2005. Research Interests
