Curriculum

Serena Fabbri graduated in Physics in 2003 at the University of Bologna. Her thesis was on Nuclear Reactions at Fermi energies. In 2004 she continued to work with Nuclear Physics group at the Physics Department of the University of Bologna. Her thesis was on Nuclear Reactions at Fermi energies. In 2004 she continued to work with Nuclear Physics group at the Physics Department of the University of Bologna. In 2005 she moved to the biocomputing unit of the experimental biology department, where she was involved in a project on membrane protein folding. She took a I level master degree in Bioinformatic. In 2006 she joined the FIIG group at Physic Department of Pisa University and she began working on YAP-(S)PET a small animal dedicated PET scanner. In 2007 she started the PhD in Applied Physics at the Galileo Galilei Graduate School of Excellence at the University of Pisa. Actually her interest is focused on medical imaging
