The <em>Manifesto of Values <\/em>is written by a group of female physics professors based in Europe and Japan, working in the field of AMO physics (quantum optics, atomic and molecular), quantum many-body physics, and quantum information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Manifesto, the authors call for the creation of a more inclusive and equal professional environment, as well as a list of values, goals and actions, which could change scientific leadership\u00a0and funding criteria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Among the promoters is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.df.unipi.it\/en\/people\/chiofalo-maria-luisa\/\">Maria Luisa Chiofalo<\/a>, professor in the Department of Physics in Pisa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Read the Manifesto of Values in the Women of Quantum website and in Arxiv.
