Physics at Bright Night in Pisa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On <strong>September 26, 2025<\/strong>, the <strong>Bright Night<\/strong> will take place in Pisa, the European Researchers\u2019 Night, an event aimed at spreading scientific culture and showcasing the social impact of research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Bright Night, the events organized by or in collaboration with the <strong>Department of Physics of Pisa<\/strong> include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4:40 PM at Largo Ciro Menotti, the science talk by researcher Maria Irene Tenerani: <em>\u201c<strong>Physics for Health: from Research to Therapy<\/strong>\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5:40 PM at Logge di Banchi, the science talk by professor Massimiliano Razzano: <em>\u201c<strong>The Extraordinary Challenge of Detecting Gravitational Waves<\/strong>\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6:00 PM at Piazza dei Cavalieri, the science talk by professor Isidoro Ferrante: <em>\u201c<strong>The Physics of Sound and Music<\/strong>\u201d<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6:00 PM at Logge di Banchi, the science talk by professor Francesca Cella Zanacchi: <em>\u201c<strong>Unveiling the Invisible: Super-Resolution Microscopy<\/strong>\u201d<\/em>, organized by CISUP<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The stand <em>\u201c<strong>Street Physics<\/strong>\u201d<\/em>, at Logge di Banchi, organized by professor Maria Luisa Chiofalo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The stand <em>\u201c<strong>Physics and Artificial Intelligence in the Service of Health<\/strong>\u201d<\/em>, at Largo Ciro Menotti, organized by researchers Francesca Lizzo and Camilla Scapicchio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Guided visits to the Matter Physics Laboratories: <a href=\"https:\/\/bright-night.it\/visita-ai-laboratori-di-fisica-della-materia\/\">https:\/\/bright-night.it\/visita-ai-laboratori-di-fisica-della-materia\/<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In collaboration with INFN, have been organized additional events at Buildings B and C of the Polo Fibonacci:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm: <a href=\"https:\/\/bright-night.it\/visita-ai-laboratori-di-fisica-della-materia\/\">visits to the INFN and Department of Physics laboratories of Matter Physics<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm: <em>\u201c<strong>The First 20 Minutes: the game to discover how the Universe was born<\/strong>\u201d<\/em>, organized by researcher Jacopo Pinzino.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm: debate on <em>\u201c<strong>The Boundary between Science and Morality: Fermi\u2019s discoveries and the use of the atomic bomb<\/strong>\u201d<\/em> with the participation of professors Francesco Forti, Marco Maria Massai, and Agata Mirabella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>From 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm: <em>\u201c<strong>The Latest Frontiers of Physics, told over a chat and a
