Prof. Francesca Cella Zanacchi: &#8220;La microscopia a super-risoluzione: osservare i processi biologici su scala molecolare&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract<\/strong>: Negli ultimi decenni la microscopia in fluorescenza ha svolto un ruolo cruciale nello studio dei processi che&nbsp;regolano il funzionamento dei sistemi biologici. In questo contesto, l\u2019avvento della microscopia a super-risoluzione ha recentemente permesso di sorpassare il limite fondamentale imposto dalla legge di&nbsp;diffrazione, spingendo cos\u00ec la risoluzione a livello nanometrico. Questi avanzamenti tecnologici, per i quali&nbsp;\u00e8 stato conferito il premio Nobel per la Chimica, sono stati possibili solo grazie ad una fortissima sinergia&nbsp;della ricerca nell&#8217;ambito dell\u2019ottica, della fotonica, della spettroscopia e della chimica.
