In celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, held on February 11, 2025, researchers from the Department of Physics and the INFN Pisa Section gathered to celebrate the day in front of the artistic installation Quantum Jungle, now located in the Aula Magna Fratelli Pontecorvo at the Polo Fibonacci of the University of Pisa.
Established by the UN, this day aims to promote full and equal participation of women in science, breaking down historical and cultural barriers that have long limited their access to STEM careers.
