On March 20, for the “National Day of Universities,” Italian Universities celebrate knowledge and education.
The Department of Physics, with the Pisa Section of INFN, will participate by opening their labs to visits.
Visitors will have the opportunity to see equipment used for experiments and research in condensed matter physics and fundamental interactions physics, including systems for radiation sensor preparation, lasers, and cryogenic equipment for the study of quantum phenomena. Professors, technicians and students of the Department will guide visitors.
These activities are promoted by the Department of Physics as MUR Department of Excellence 2023 – 2027.
