Smitha Vishveshwara in Pisa on the occasion of the ‘Refractions: Stories of Physics and Women Scientists series’

The Department of Physics “E. Fermi” will host the inaugural event in the series Refractions: Stories of Physics and of Women Scientists, curated by the Committee for Gender Equality.

Our special guest will be Smitha Vishveshwara, who will present readings from her recent book, Two Revolutions: Einstein’s Relativity and Quantum Physics. A Dialogue between Father and Daughter.

Blending science, literature, music, and dance, the event will take place on Wednesday, 25 June at 5:30 PM at the Gipsoteca di Arte Antica. A light aperitif will be served from 5:00 PM.
